- Add spices to flower and water mixture
- Add sauce to flower and water mixture (teriyaki, siracha, etc.) - Optional
- Dip cauliflower into flour and spice mixture
- Dip cauliflower into breading
- Bake/air fry cauliflower
- Thinly slice cabbage and onions
- Heat tortillas in pan with light oil to crispen
- Serve with desired sauce (here is with avacado sauce - see other recipe)
