Preheat Oven to 425.
Combine bread crumbs, parmesan,3 minced garlic, oil, salt and pepper to taste in a bowl.
Combine basil and mayo in a small bowl.
Spread basil and mayo on chicken and put in a 13 by 9 baking dish.
Sprinkle bread over chicken.
cook chicken until it done.
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil, garlic, and pepper flakes in a medium sauce pan about 2 min.
Stir in all tomatoes bring to a simmer cook until slightly thick. (15 to 20 min).
Stir in 2 tbsp. basil, sugar, and salt.
Add pasta to boiling water and cook according to package. Drain pasta and add sauce to the pasta and cook of medium heat about 1 min.
Stir in mozzarella that are cut in half and sprinkle parmesan on top.
