Crush saltines in a zip lock bag using rolling pin and place in a large bowl. Break open eggs and whisk together with milk in a large bowl. Place about one inch of oil in a frying pan and place over medium heat. Dip chicken breast in saltine crumbs and press against both sides, then dip in egg, and back into saltine crumbs. Make sure entire breast is covered. Place in frying pan and brown. Place browned pieces in 6X9 glass backing dish. Place 1/2cup water in dish and cover with foil. Back at 325 for 1 hour (longer if you used thicker breasts).
