Use any white fish or Rock fish, but cod tastes best. Serve with Green beans and pearl onions or fries!
Melt butter and add paprika, thyme, lemon pepper, salt and pepper in a bowl. Mix it with whisk. Place flour in another bowl. Heat up a skillet on med to med-high and add vegetable oil. Dip fish in butter mixture, then dip in flour mixture then throw it in the skillet. Flip once until browned nicely. Let soak on paper towels.
For the tartar sauce, use a mini food processor with cucumber, capers, green onions, dill and cornichons. Pour into bowl and add mayonnaise, lemon juice salt and pepper to taste. Mix well with a fork.
Serve the fish with tartar sauce and enjoy!
