Very easy to make and absolutely delicious.
1. In a glass shallow dish add breadcrumbs, thyme, and red pepper flakes.
2. In another dish add milk. Dip chicken in milk, then roll in breadcrumbs.
3. Place lower cooking rack in unit. Place mesh basket over the cooking rack, place chicken pieces on top.
4. Set oven to 375° and Fry 35 minutes.
I actually use chicken thighs bone in and skin on. It turned out so moist and juicy and crispy.
