Very simple a small omelet inside a bread crust :)
Remove bread from slices avoid breaking the slices crust.
Mix in a bowl the eggs, milk, sal & pepper, tomato, bell pepper and tuna.
Heat up a non stick frying pan. ( if you like, you can use a little bit of olive oil. I use flavored olive oil.)
Place the, now hollowed, slices of bread on the pan and let them toast slightly. Reduce heat to medium.
Holding the slice pour some of the mixture in the hole, and let it cook. Turn the slice and let it cook the rest.
Top it off with some cheese.
Note: All ingredient can be changed, try using large slices of peppers instead of bread. Or some mushrooms and herbs instead of tomato and bell pepper.
I don't advise the use of very thick slices of bread, it makes it difficult to cook the omelet enough, on one side,to turn it.
