Quick and Easy Breaded Pork Chops
In a frying pan heat Olive Oil over medium heat.
In flat bowl whip egg(s). On a plate spread out bread crumbs. On top of bread crumbs sprinkle lemon pepper, black pepper, and season salt to taste. Dip pork chops in eggs then place on plate, flipping until well covered. Place covered pork chops into pan. Flip the pork chop when the top side starts to get bloody. Cook on the second side until done.
serve with apple sauce of course.
