-Prep Bacon on trays with baking paper, then cover with cling wrap and stack in the fridge. The night before breakfast if possible.
1 Hour Before -
If Scrambled Eggs -Pre-heat grill
-Put Bacon on trays with baking paper (Unless prepped the night before)
-Put Hash Browns on trays with baking paper
- Put milk, yoghurt, juice on trolleys
- Put fruit in a bowl - put more in than described in ingredients list
- Get spreads, butter and margarine ready to put out
- Set up toast area
-Preheat oven to 180 degrees
45 Minutes Before -
-Put hash browns in oven
-Put bacon in oven
30 Minutes Before -
-Place bacon, tomatoes and mushrooms into the oven for 20 minutes.
If Scrambled Eggs -Crack eggs into a large bowl
If Poached Eggs -Preheat Steam Oven to 85 degrees.
If Poached Eggs-Spray muffin trays well and crack the eggs into them
10 - 15 Minutes Before -
If Scrambled Eggs-Spray the grill thoroughly and pour on the eggs, use 2 spatulas to keep the eggs on the grill, breaking the yolks and mixing them as they cook, once cooked place into a tray ready to serve
If Poached Eggs-Place Eggs into Steam Oven for 8-10 minutes for poached eggs.
-Cook mushrooms in a fry pan
-Prep gluten free toast and toaster
