Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 350. Spray 13x9" baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Stir in dried fruit. Beat egg and sugar on high speed 1 minute. Stir in applesauce. Alternately beat in flour and buttermilk. Stir in 1-1/2 cups of cereal. Pour batter into pan. Sprinkle top with remaining cereal. Bake 15 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack. Nutrition per serving: 119 cal. 2 g protein; 1 g fat; 26 g carbohydrate; 96 mg sodium; 14 mg cholesterol. Great for anyone who is rushed in the mornings.
