Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 400°. Srpay 8 regular (2 1/2" diameter) muffin cups with nonstick cooking spray.
Separate biscuits into 8 pieces and press into each muffin cup. Bake 6 to 8 minutes or until light golden brown. Remove from oven.
Meanwhile, beat eggs in a small bowl until well combined.
Spray a large skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Heat on medium heat. Pour in eggs. Scramble eggs until firm, but still moist.
Divide eggs, ham and cheese over each muffin cup. Bake an additional 8 minutes or until cheese is melted.
