Suggest a better description1. Combine oats and milk in a large bowl. Cover and let soak in the fridge until much of the liquid is absorbed (8-12 hrs).
2. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Prepare a 12-cup muffin tin.
3. Stir egg, maple syrup, oil, vanilla, cinnamon, baking powder, salt into soaked oats until well combined. Divide the mixture into the muffin cups (about 1/4 cup each). Top each with 1 TB blue berries.
4. Bake the oatmeal muffins until the spring back when touched, 25-30 min.
Let cool in pan for 10 min.
