Here is a Quick, yummy and healthy breakfast smoothie,
We use a Magic Bullet to prepare our Breakfast Smooties but you can use any blender.
Place the frozen blueberries into mixer container. Add Hemp seeds, fish oil, yogurt and almond milk in this order. Mix until blueberries have been pulverized. Next, add scoop of Protein powder and blend thoroughly for about 1 minute.
Drink and enjoy!
