Heat a large skillet on medium-high heat. Add 2TBL of the oil and soyrizo. Cook for a couple of minutes, breaking it up as it cooks.
Add sweet potatoes. Sauté until tender (about 7 min.). Add onion, bell pepper, sage, red chili flake, and salt and pepper. Cook another 5 min or until onion is just starting to brown.
To serve, spoon sweet potato mixture into bowls top with 1/4 avocado and your favorite hot sauce, if desired. Devour!
