Make a hollow in the buns. Dice the tomato, ham, mushrooms, some of the basil.
Mix all ingredients except the egg, using a combination of preference.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Fill the bun about half way.
Break in the egg.
Sprinkle a bit of pepper.
Add some basil.
Bake in the oven at 180°C until the egg is cooked.
