Crock Pot Breakfast Burrito Filling
Lightly grease slow cooker with spray or oil. Layer half the frozen potatoes/hash browns into the bottom and top with half the cheese and half the green onions. Repeat 2nd layer of the same.
Whisk the eggs, milk, salt and peppers and pour over the top. Cook until eggs are set, approx 2-3 hrs on high or 4-5 hrs on low. Top with cheese, avocado, hot sauce, salsa, etc.
