1. Wash hands.
2. Take out your equipment.
3. Collect ingredients.
4. Prepare scrambled eggs by beating the eggs, milk and pepper together.
5. Heat margarine over medium heat and cook egg mixture, stirring with a wooden spoon until mixture sets (coagulates). Remove from heat.
6. Mix scrambled eggs with ham and chives.
7. Heat tortillas in microwave for 30 seconds.
8. Spoon egg mixture down centre of tortilla. Fold in ends and roll up to enclose filling.
9. Use sandwich press to heat and seal wrap.
