Scramble eggs in a large skillet until done, stir in cooked sausage and salsa. Add in optional ingredients. Warm tortillas in microwave 20-30 seconds until flexible. Place 1/2 cup egg mixture in tortilla and tops with cheese. Roll burrito style.
