In a 13x9 pan, arrange bread cubes in bottom of pan. Add sausage, cheese & mushrooms. Combine remaining ingredients in bowl & pour over pan contents. Refrigerate overnight & bake covered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
Can substitute cubed ham or spicy sausage.
