Made w/Grands
Preheat oven to 350?. Lightly spray a 9x13 pan w/pam. Quarter biscuits and place at bottom of pan. Layer w/cooked bacon and velveeta. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, sour cream, salt and pepper. Pour cheese and biscuits. Bake for 30-40 min until golden brown. Allow to cool 5-10 min before serving. Garnish w/diced green onions and pico de gallo.
