Easy breakfast casserole
In a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish layer: croutons, cheese, mushrooms, green onion, green pepper and sausage (reserve 1/2 cup sausage to sprinkle on top). Mix milk, salt, mustard, onion powder and pepper with eggs and pour over layered ingredients. sprinkle 1/2 cup sausage over top. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Let stand for 10 minutes on rack before serving. Serve with fruit and coffeecake. Serves 10.
can be prepared the day before and baked the morning of!
