Spray a 9 x 13 pan. Cover bottom of pan with croutons.
Cook and drain sausage.
Put on top of croutons.
Mix up eggs and milk and dry mustard.
Put on top of cheese.
Mix 1/2 cup of milk with soup and pour over top.
Cover and refrigerate over night.
Top with cheese. Next morning.
Bake at 325 for 1 1/2 hrs.
