Suggest a better descriptionIn a large skillet thoroughly brown sausage and onion. Drain. In an 8x8x2 baking dish later potatoes, 1/2 the cheese, sausage mixture, and remaining cheese. Cimbine eggs, milk, and pepper; pour over cheese. May be covered and chilled overnight if needed. Bake uncovered at 350F for 50-55 minutes or until a knife inserted near center comes out clean. Transfer to a wire rack, let stand for 10 minutes. Cut into squares and serve with salsa.
