1. Beat together eggs and milk. Add to egg mixture, mustard and salt.
2. Arrange bread and sausage in greased casserole. Pour egg and milk mixture over it. Cover with grated cheese. Let stand overnight.
3. Next morning add soup mixed with milk. Pur over and bake at 300 for 1 1/2 hours.
