Preheat oven to 350.
Mix until well blended: butter, brown sugar, 2 cups sugar, eggs, vanilla.
Fold in: oatmeal, pecans, bacon.
In separate bowl mix: flour, salt, baking powder.
Add Corn Flakes to flour mixture.
Add flour mixture to butter ingredients bowl.
Drop mixture onto cookie sheet.
Mix 1 cup sugar with cinnamon & sprinkle on top of each cookie.
Bake 10-12 minutes then cool.
