Suggest a better descriptionCook sausage in frying pan. Stir together sausage, 1 cup of cheese, and half of bacon bits.place 1/8 of mixture in tortilla and roll up.place seam side down in greased baking dish. Beat eggs and flour. Mix in half-and-half and pour over tortillas. Either cook or refrigerate overnight. Preheat oven to 350. Sprinkle remaining cheese and bacon bits over tortillas. Cover and bake 35 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 more minutes.
