Suggest a better descriptionIn a wok or large non-stick frying pan over medium heat, melt Butter. Add the Rice, cook stirring constantly for 3-4 minutes or until lightly browned.
In a medium bowl, whisk together Eggs, Milk and Cinnamon. Stir in Fruit & Nuts. Add to pan. Cook, stirring constantly for 2-3 minutes or until mixture is set and golden. Drizzle with Maple Syrup. Serve warm or chilled.
