2. Combine all ingredients and pepper to taste in a bowl and mix throughly.
3. Roll into 1 1/2 inch balls or drop by spoonfuls onto a cooking sheet.
4. Bake for 18-20 minutes.
5. Makes 50-60 meatballs - freeze well.
