Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Cook sausage in a skillet over medium heat, stirring frequently until no longer pink.
Separate 1 can of crescent rolls into eight pieces/triangles. Place in an ungreased 12" rimmed pizza pan, or cookie sheet, with the points facing toward the center. Press together, seal perforations and form a circle 1" larger than the pan bottom. Turn edges under to make a slight rim. Sprinkle cooked sausage over crust. Top with hash browns, red & yellow peppers, onions and cheese.
In a bowl, lightly beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper together and pour evenly over the the pizza. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes or until eggs are set and crust is golden.
