Place English muffin in toaster approx 4 min
While muffin is toasting, crack an egg into a small bowl, about the circumstance of an English muffin at the base.
Add shredded cheese and salt and pepper, mix well, then microwave for 1 min.
Once English Muffin is done toasting, smear the inside of the halves with ketchup, layer on egg and back bacon.
Wrap in tinfoil to keep warm for breakfast to go.
