This is what grandma's house should smell like in the morning
Cut the meat into 1" square pieces, and put into the freezer until the meat is solid. Mix all the spices and herbs together, then mix them into the water. Keep the mixture cold! In a big bowl mix the froze meat pieces and the cold spice mixture together. Run it all through the 1/4" grinder plate.
Cook it up in a skillet and enjoy.
No secrets here. Just some good ol' country sausage!!
