Bake or fry bacon (can replace with sausage or ham) in advance.
Beat eggs, adding salt and pepper to taste. Prepare eggs as normal for scrambled eggs over medium heat.
Cut pack of Hawaiian rolls in half to make them into slider buns, but leaving rolls joined together. Place bottom half into a roasting pan. (may want to wrap pan in foil in the event of melted cheese drips later.
Put eggs on bottom half of the rolls in the pan, ensuring they are evenly distributed. Add cooked meat (bacon, sausage, or ham) on top, followed by cheese slices. Again ensuring adequate coverage. Place top of rolls on top.
Bake for 8-10 minutes at 220 to ensure cheese is melted. Serve.
