Turkey stir fry
Heat coconut oil. Add onion and tomato to pan and stir fry.
Add ground turkey and continue to stir fry for 2 - 3 minutes.
Add tomato sauce, mixed herbs, salt, pepper and stir fry for 5 minutes until meat is cooked through.
Tip: tastes great with sliced avocado on top.
