This is a bowl of eggs and taco ingredients. It's a hearty breakfast everyone loves.
Fry the beef with taco spice and keep warm. Whisk the guacamole and yogurt to make a nice sauce. or optionally, leave avocado in cubes or chunks and drizzle with yogurt salsa. Fry the egg as an omlette. Lift into bowl. Fill with beef, kale or lettuce, tomato, avocado, green onion, salsa, and drizzle with guacamole. Garnish with olives and cilantro. Yum!
