In a blender, very carefully add the boiling water, milk powder, butter and sugar and beat for 3 minutes.
Add the cream and whisk to blend.
Then place the chocolate and eggs and beat for 1 minute.
Pour into a shape to fit for pudding microwave (20 cm mouth x 8 cm) greased with butter and bake in the microwave on high power for 10 minutes.
When cold, turn out onto a plate.
Top with chocolate sprinkles and serve at room temperature.
