Suggest a better descriptionRoast whole brinjal for 10 mins on gas stove keep changing position keep gas on high till u see thie brinjal broken and peeling now remove and let it cool
( just put the brinjal on the flame)
Small bunch f corriander chop,it up
Take about 15 curry leaves with two sticks
Take 3 onions chop,it up fry the onions rill they become golden brown in a deep dish put in the curry leaves put salt to taste 1 and 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp haldi ,jeera chilli powder. 2 tsp dhania powder
2 tomatoes -chop them up - add
Now peel off the skin of the binjal( be careful a little hot) cut off the top
Chop it ip any how - add in mixture- let this cook for 10 mins close and keep medium flame
No adding water anywhere
Chop upmthe corriander and add as garnish on top at the end
