dissolve yeast in luke warm milk
mix all dry ingredients and eggs together
slowly add yeast mix and fold in
place in a clean bowl and cover with a cloth somewhere
warm to prove, until double in size
knock back the dough and bit by bit add the butter
mix to a smooth glossy dough.
put into suitable tins, brush with milk allow to prove again, until double in size
bake at 175 c until golden brown
