Suggest a better descriptionSeason brisket with salt, pepper and your favorite seasonings. Bake uncovered, fat side up, at 350 degrees for 1-1/2 hours. Reduce heat to 325 degrees. Lay onion on top of brisket, cover with brown sugar and add white wine. Cover and cook 1-1/2 hours more. Do not open oven door during cooking.
