Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cream the cheese and butter together. Add flour and mix. Press into a
greased 10-inch pie plate or quiche dish.
Saute onions and mushrooms in butter until soft.
In a blender, combine eggs, half-and-half, milk, salt and pepper.
Place onions and mushrooms in bottom of pie crust. Sprinkle with cheese,
then broccoli and tomatoes. Pour egg mixture over all.
Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Let set 5 minutes before serving.
