Suggest a better descriptionFirst, grab your trimmed chicken breasts and cut a deep pocket into each breast.
To do this, place on hand on top of the chicken to hold it in place and use a knife to slice the chicken nearly in half. Don’t cut all the way through.
Next, mix up your spices and season the chicken.
To make your filling, you’ll want to mix together cream cheese, Parmesan, garlic, and mayo until well combined.
Stir in some finely chopped broccoli.
Spoon the cheese mixture into the pocket you created in each chicken breast.
Now for the good part – grab some bacon and cut each slice in half. Wrap 2 half slices of bacon around each chicken breast.
Bacon makes everything better, right?
These will bake up in about 30 minutes.
Perfectly cooked, juicy, flavorful chicken in no time!
