Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease a 9" pie plate.
In a small skillet, cook the garlic in oil over medium low heat for 3 minutes. Remove garlic and set aside. Increase heat to medium Cook mushrooms, stirring frequently for 8 minutes, until golden.
Steam broccoli for 3 minutes - remove and roughly chop.
Add broccoli to skillet. Stir to Coat. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Remove from heat and add garlic.
Line bottom of pie plate with vegatables. Top with cheese.
In bowl, whisk together the half-and-half and eggs. Add the dill and whisk to combine. Carefully pour over the cheese and veggies.
Place pie plate on a baking sheet and bake for 35 minutes, or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
