This recipe is passed down from my Grandma. It was the recipe that got my mom and myself to start eating broccoli!
- Cook broccoli until barely tender.
- Cut broccoli into bite sized pieces.
- Mix soup, cheese, egg, mayonnaise and onions together.
- Gently stir in broccoli and season with salt and pepper.
- Put in greased Casserole.
- Top with crackers.
- Bake 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
