Cook broccoli until tender. Saute' onions in margarine. In a large bowl combine broccoli, onion, margarine and egg, cream of mushroom soup, cheese, and stuffing mix. Stir. pour into 13x9 pan. Bake 30 minutes at 375 degrees. Remove from the oven and add more cheese and bake another 5 minutes to melt cheese. Serve hot.
