Place broccoli , water, & salt in pan. Cook until almost tender. Drain well and set aside. Mix soup and cheese in pan and cook over medium heat until cheese is melted. Stir in broccoli, then pour into greased 15x10 baking dish. Crush croutons in bag with rolling pin. Mix melted butter with crushed croutons. Mix to coat. sprinkle crouton mixture over broccoli mixture and bake 350 for about 25 minutes or until bubbly.
