Combine eggs, mayo, soup, and onion.
Fold in Broccoli and 2 cups of the cheese and pepper.
Spoon into lightly greased 13x9x2 baking dish.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Top with crumbs and remaining cheese, bake 10 more minutes.
