Suggest a better descriptionBoil salted water. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cut broccoli including peeling and quartering stems. Add broccoli to water all at once. Cook one minute then remove to an ice water bath.
Saute mushrooms in pat of butter; turn off hit and stir in broccoli. Add remaining ingredients (half of cheese) and season to taste. Stir to combine.
Add to greased casserole dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Cover
Place in oven for 45 minutes. Remove lid to allow cheese to brown. Let cool 1/2 hour.
*tighter packed into dish, moister it will be. use smalllest dish for amount.
