Suggest a better descriptionSaute the onion in the 1/2 stick butter until golden. Mix together the cooked and drained broccoli, Minute Rice, onion, Cheese Whiz (instead of Cheese Whiz, you may substitute 1/3 of a large loaf of Velveeta cheese), cans of soup, water and the water chestnuts. In other words, mix all ingredients together. Put in to a large greased casserole dish and bake covered for 30 minutes at 350 F. Serves 8 easily. Posted to EAT-L Digest by pat hogberg
