Suggest a better descriptionSaute onion and celery in 1 Tb. cooking oil. Mix with broccoli, soup, milk and cheese whiz. Add 2 cups rice, cooked before measuring Salt, pepper to taste-butter Combine all and put in casserole and cook in oven 30 mins. at 350 F. Cook longer if it is frozen or kept overnight in frig.
