thaw frozen vegetables
Saute med onion in 2T of butter
add all the above ingredients stir cover & simmmer for 30 minutes
taste for seasoning
simmer for 30 minutes
I prefer using fresh vegetables. I blanch one head of cauliflower and 1 bunch of broccoli or 1 large head. I use just the heads when I cut it up, very little stem.
