1) Combine broccoli, cauliflower, onion, raisins, and sunflower seeds
2) In separate bowl, whisk together mayo, vinegar, & sugar. Pour over salad and toss to coat.
3) Refrigerate and allow to chill before serving.
Can add chopped cashews right before serving if desired and leave out the sunflower seeds. For a sweeter salad, add a few more tablespoons of sugar.
