Preheat oven to 375 F
Place broccoli florets in microwave for 1 minute to partially defrost.
Sprinkle some of cheese to lightly cover bottom of pie crust.
Place partially defrosted broccoli florets on top of the cheese.
Whisk eggs and combine with milk and seasoning.
Pour over broccoli.
Top with cheddar cheese.
Bake for 1 hour or until the top is golden.
